White stealth outfit.
Brad said to me that this was the first job of this length he’d done, and he can’t look at these books anymore. I suppose I understand that, I know that there are areas in which I’m more skilled now and my early attempts make me cringe. But I still love this book.

Check out the Girls Read Comics Too interview with Gail Simone and Nicola Scott here!
(Scandal Savage cosplay photo cause I could and it felt appropriate :) )
They used to write and draw Catman together so this is TOTALLY appropriate!

Dear Gail,
Never change.
With love from your friend Dee
My darling @harleyquinnaid took this pic of Gail Simone with the adorkable Catman Voodoo Doll I made her. N’awwww. I kinda want to make two more and send them to Dan Luvisi and Jim Calafiore, but that’s just cause i’m truly a massive geek.
Gail, you’re awesome. Don’t go changing!
It so counts cause it’s Catman related!!!

I just paid for this. Birds of Prey 105, Nicola & Gail. It’s one of my favourite pages from the issue, the setup and everything. Blake down and ready to hunt. LOVE.
I’m a happy happy camper.

The final thing before I head to bed. Yes it’s Cheshire-centric, but it runs off the last. It’s the way she kisses Blake before announcing what she’s done that makes this. In her warped mind that makes it somehow okay. Of course, Gail’s script combined with Nicola Scott’s brilliant pencilling makes it just work so damn well.
Tomorrow, more Blake. :D Feel free to send me suggestions.
